How to Use my way up Supergut Protein:
- Mix 20g (2 heaped tablespoons) into a smoothie or shake, preferably with your favourite milk.
- For a high-protein dessert, mix 38.5g (3 to 4 heaped tbsp) with 100ml of milk and stir well to create a creamy custard.
- Experiment with various serving suggestions like warm custard, protein custard bowls with berries, or in smoothies for added creaminess.
