Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment at Beauty Affairs Medispa, you agree to the following terms:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  
  
• Should you choose to cancel for any reason, this deposit will not be refunded.
  
  
• If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
  
  
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit and may affect future bookings.
  
  
• Each customer may redeem only one introductory offer in total, across all services and all Beauty Affairs Medispa locations.
